What happens during a KeraLase™ session at the Phenicia Clinic in Marseille?
Before your treatment, a consultation session is required with one of our cosmetic doctors or cosmetic medicine assistants to determine your needs and ensure that the treatment meets your expectations. This is a key step in the treatment process. It allows our team to determine a customized treatment plan. Photos images of the area to be treated are taken to assess the effects of the laser and serum and a quote will be provided. The session can begin immediately.
During your session, you can expect minimal discomfort. The laser operates at a low enough energy level to create microchannels for product absorption, causing a warm sensation that disappears within an hour or two after your session. No needles or injections are required.
KeraLase™ treatment sessions are quick and convenient—most are completed in 30 minutes or less.
For optimal results, we recommend 6 Keralase™ sessions, spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart.

What should I do to prepare for KeraLase treatment?
- Wash your hair the day before treatment. Hair must be clean and free of hair products.
- Stay out of the sun during and after treatment.
- After treatment, you may notice that hairs in the telogen phase (resting phase) may fall out following any slight trauma caused by the laser.
- Once the hair and scalp are naturally dry, the patient can resume normal activities, including washing, drying, and/or using hair products.

What are the differences between PRP and Keralase™?
